一、感光變色原理Principle of photosensitive discoloration：
感光變色產(chǎn)品，經(jīng)陽光/紫外線照射后，吸收陽光/紫外線的能量面產(chǎn)生顏色變化，當(dāng)失去陽光/紫外線照射時(shí)，即回到原來的顏色。

1.光變粉是隱影印花的典型代表，光是紡織品上的印花圖案隨外部條件的變化而改變色澤的印花，使織物上圖案色澤由常規(guī)的“靜態(tài)”變?yōu)樾路f奇特的“動(dòng)態(tài)”，其色澤的變化一般為可逆變化。

2.光敏變色印花亦稱光變色印花，早期的光敏變色印花是用光變?nèi)玖?，在紫外線的照射下染料結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生變化，呈現(xiàn)不同的色澤。例如，染料Ａ是無色的，經(jīng)紫外線照射后，分子開環(huán)變成菁結(jié)構(gòu)的染料Ｂ，呈藍(lán)色，當(dāng)染料Ｂ再暴露于可見光中又會(huì)重新轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闊o色的染料Ａ。現(xiàn)在采用微膠囊技術(shù)把光變?nèi)玖习灿谀z囊中，一般粒徑為１～１０微米，用微膠囊包覆后的光變?nèi)玖?，其耐光牢度大大提高。目前光變?nèi)玖弦寻l(fā)展到有４個(gè)基本色：紫色、藍(lán)色、黃色、紅色，這４種光變?nèi)玖掀涑跏冀Y(jié)構(gòu)均為閉環(huán)型，即印在織物上沒有色澤，但在紫外光線照射下可以變成紫色、藍(lán)色、黃色、紅色。所謂光敏變色從一種色澤變?yōu)榱硪环N色澤，是在印花色粉中把光變?nèi)玖虾鸵话闵苛掀椿旌蟆鹩』?。例如用光變?nèi)玖霞t與涂料藍(lán)拼混后印花，在織物表面呈現(xiàn)藍(lán)色，在紫外光照射下則變?yōu)樗{(lán)紫色。

感應(yīng)波長(zhǎng)：#12紫色：290nm~390nm ＃14蘭：280nm~390nm ＃16黃色：270nm~370nm #17 橙色：270nm~370nm ＃19紅色：290nm~400nm 一般紫光燈為365 nm波長(zhǎng)所以對(duì)黃色和橙色感應(yīng)不明顯

二、塑料射出及押出之應(yīng)用The application of plastic injection and extruding：
可適用于各種塑料之加工，如PP、PE、PVC、PU、PS、ABS、TPR、EVA、Nylon、Acrylic等,?建議塑料之熔融指數(shù)（MI值）大于10，彎曲彈性系小于13000。?加工時(shí)應(yīng)先用白蠟油將塑膠料潤(rùn)濕。
（注意白蠟油添加量不要超過塑膠料的2％），然后再將變色粉?加入到塑膠料里面攪勻，攪拌時(shí)需注意分散性，分散不良可加入適量分散劑?？膳c不同色粉混合使用，搭配出更多樣的色彩變化。應(yīng)盡量避免在250℃以上之制程進(jìn)行加工
。感光的光疲乏性產(chǎn)生，由UV光過度曝曬、酸、自由基（單態(tài)氧原子）和濕度造成，一般建議不要長(zhǎng)時(shí)間暴曬。

三、產(chǎn)品使用注意事項(xiàng)Products use matters needing attention：
應(yīng)避免與紫外光吸收劑同時(shí)使用、對(duì)極性之敏感度高，添加不同之添加劑或使用不同之基材，均可能會(huì)造成色差。

感光變色粉耐溫度最高為220度，160-180度為宜
感光變色粉的注塑比例為5‰-8‰
感光變色粉適用的材質(zhì)：PP/PVC/ABS/EVA/硅膠等
注塑用料：透明、半透明白料效果比較好，注塑不可用白料，否則顏色會(huì)很淡。
注塑有顆粒的解決辦法：1、分散不開應(yīng)攪拌均勻 2、加分散劑
