感溫變色是一種隨溫度上升、下降而反復(fù)改變顏色的微膠囊顏料。變色形式：低溫有色，高溫?zé)o色?？梢苑磸?fù)變換顏色。

*涂料：適合各類塑膠制品的表面涂覆。含ABS、PE、PP、PS、PVC、EVA及其它塑膠材料等

操作注意事項Operating considerations
溫變粉注塑適用的材料為：PP/PVC/ABS/PU/EVA/硅膠

溫變粉的注塑比例為0.5%-0.8%，通常為0.5%，普通顏料遇變色顏料拼色，則普通顏料（或染料）的用量大約為變色顏料的0.5%-2.5%

注塑分散不開可加分散劑（白蠟油、分散油）、擴散粉、白油。白蠟油加入有種濕濕的使混合更均勻，加多會起泡，加1%左右，也可不加。

注塑成品一般使用壽命是4000-8000次變色次數(shù)（正確存儲和使用的情況下）
